I Havent Ate Anything Today Yet. Should I Exercise To Lose Fat?

i heard that if you eat it burns the fat that you just ate, but if you didnt eat it burns fat that stored in the body. its 1:00pm
and ima eat a llot of spaghetti in like a couple of hours
should i do some situps or pushups or something

    Thats a myth. Your body burns fat if your body burns more calories than it eats.
    Skipping meals just causes your metabolism to slow down, resulting in you gaining weight.
