Ok…what I got today is that aerobics build muscle but doesnt help with losing weight/fat. So what kinds of exercises should I do to lose weight and get thin thighs and a great butt? without too much muscle.

No walking is not enough. You can not spot reduce = You can not do exercises that target specific areas of fat. As you lose fat you will lose it where ever your body wants to lose it. So if you put weight on your thighs as the first place, chances are it will be the last fat to come off. Anaerobics build muscle.
3 things to lose fat in order of Effectiveness
1) Diet – Calories in < Calories Out
2) Weight Lifting – More muscle = Greater metabolism = Less fat
3) Cardio – Meaning jogging, Speed walking on 10 Degree or higher incline, Stair stepper at higher pace, etc.. etc..
Since you are a female, even if you lift chances are you aren’t going to build much muscle overall because you don’t have the high amounts of testosterone that males have and therefore shouldn’t be worried about gaining muscle. So get out there and lift weights please =)
Anything aerobic. Walking is good, jogging is good, swimming is better.
I suggest walking on a treadmill at a high incline, you will burn fat and tone at the same time. Try about a 5% incline at 3 or 4 mph, for at least 30 min, 5 days a week. Increase your incline every week.

You need to meet two conditions to lose weight.
1) You need to have burned off all the calories you intaken
2) You need to be burning moving
So basicly anything that gets your heart rate up, burns off weight as long as you have burned off the stuff you’ve eaten. Muscle building does burn off fat but not as much as cardio work. Things like swimming, biking, jogging, ellipticals, etc. are great ways to burn fat. But you still should build more muscles, because your muscles burn way more fat that your fat does.
walking obviously isnt enough. you have to b active like 1/3 of the whole day that you’re awake. so i suggest playing DDR for your leg muscles, swimming, or u can chase someone for making you mad.. haha
