I made some vegan brownies (no fat) just white and brown sugar, I also had some jelly beans.
The only food I had was a vegan salad and some plain kidney beans.
When I have a sweet tooth I go for it. Since I normally don’t eat like this I doubt I will gain any signifcant weight, do you think I will?
How do I burm these calories?
Should I try to burn these calories or what?
I hope that you ate more than that. You need at least 2000 calories a day. 1000 calories is what a 3 year needs… I doubt you will be healthy if you keep eating this way. It is okay to have a sweet. Shoot… I eat something w/in reason to help maintain me from indulging to much. I love the Skinny Cows ice cream… 3g fiber, 170 calories, under 3g of fat… or a fudge bar.
If all you ate today was the sweets, a vegan salad (which is a weird way to explain a salad, are there non vegan salads haha) and some kidney beans then I would be worrying about actually getting enough nutrition rather then burning the 500-800 calories you ate today.
than u messed up
