does anyone have a list of foods that can help burn fat
or are good to eat during weight loss?
i gained 15 extra pounds over the summer (ice cream =/ how evil)
and im trying to lose it
i re-started exercising today so i have that covered

Go to fitness.com. They have lots of healthy foods and recipes to choose from as well as good ideas to get healthier. Try to eat lean meats, veggies, fruits, whole grains and drink lots of water instead of other drinks. Skip on desserts as much as possible and keep a food diary if you can-it really helps you see how much you eat in a day. Good luck!
