I was talking to someone earlier today, and he explained about “going past the wall.” Which is basically where you continue to work out after you’ve burned all the calories your body has. For example, say if I consumed 250 calories from a meal. I think go run until I’ve burned over 250 calories, after that… I will be burning fat and “going past the wall.” So. Let’s say I burn that 250 calories, then continue to burn 7000 calories, will that be 2lbs of fat I burned?
