What do you burn if you have little or no carbs in your system (say you didn’t eat anything yesterday or today) and you work out with weights? Does it burn fat or just muscle? And how does what substance you burn differ between running(cardiovascular) and weight lifting?
Yesterday i joggd on my elliptical for 1 hour and got really sweaty and tired.Today I went to the park and did hill sprinting and normal sprinting for about 30 minutes.I ran out of breath a lot today and goy tired but I didn’t sweat at all. Where did i burn more calories/fat ???
today i started going to the gym i’m doing the cross country machine for 60 min. the machine says i’m burning 500 cal i also started a diet today consisting of fruits veggies and all white meat. is this the best way to burn fat ?? i have a really big belly the rest of my body is slender. do you guys think this is the way to go??
I made some vegan brownies (no fat) just white and brown sugar, I also had some jelly beans.
The only food I had was a vegan salad and some plain kidney beans.
When I have a sweet tooth I go for it. Since I normally don’t eat like this I doubt I will gain any signifcant weight, do you think I will?

Ok…what I got today is that aerobics build muscle but doesnt help with losing weight/fat. So what kinds of exercises should I do to lose weight and get thin thighs and a great butt? without too much muscle.
